    Job Description

    OFFICE MANAGER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JOB DESCRIPTION

     

    Office Manager Objective: Enable maximum possible focus, output, and production from all departments within the organization by assisting and streamlining office operations.

     

    Customer Service Rep Objective: Utilize customer obsession to ensure and facilitate an excellent customer experience and satisfaction from pre-sale through post-sale.

     

    THIS POSITION IS OPEN FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE.

     

    THE COMPANY:

    Join Afula Enterprises, a 10 year established eCommerce business, based out of Miami, with a young and vibrant personnel of 25 employees. Afula Enterprises currently sells home goods products on several marketplaces, namely; Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Groupon, Wayfair, Overstock, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

     

    THE POSITION:

    This is a hybrid position, which consists of 2 different roles.

     

    BELOW ARE A FEW RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE MANAGER:

    • Answering phone calls and directing to proper departments

    • Collecting and distributing mail and packages

    • Procuring and restocking office supplies, refreshments, and equipment

    • Liaising with landlord about various issues

    • Configuring and maintaining efficient office setup

    • Setting up computers, internet, phones, printers, and other devices

    • Booking travel and lodging accommodations

    • Arrange birthday celebration for employees (birthday card, cake/breakfast)

    • Order company lunches

     

    BELOW ARE A FEW RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:

    • Responding to customer inquiries

    • Processing returns/refunds/replacements

    • Managing customer feedback/reviews on marketplaces

    • Processing shipping carrier claims for lost packages

    • Processing all customer orders

    • Answering questions on listings

     

    Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9AM - 6PM. Friday, 9AM - 3PM

    Paid Holidays Off

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000

    Our office is located in Miami. We are located right off of I-95 and 103rd St, which makes for an easy commute from many surrounding cities.
