Angott Search Group is partnering with a community bank group based in Central Minnesota that is looking to hire an Ag/Commercial Lender to their team. The focus of this role will be on building a new portfolio over time, originating Ag & Commercial loans, driving business development, and representing the bank in the community.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on lending experience (Commercial and/or Agricultural).
• Strong ability to originate and manage new Ag & Commercial loans.
• Proven experience in business development and relationship management.
• Comfortable representing the bank in the local community.
