Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, professional, energetic teacher who can successfully manage and maintain a well-organized classroom by continually restoring and enhancing the environment suitable for young children. Must work effectively with directors and staff members to provide a learning environment for our children, develop and execute weekly themed lesson plans, providing group sensory, art, and special activities.
Job Responsibilities
· Promote open communication and foster positive relationships with parents and guardians.
· Maintain all health and safety regulations
· Develop individual care plans for each child based on their stage of development.
· Maintain daily notes and files on the children’s development and progress.
· Model empathy through respect, response, and gentle guidance.
· Foster emotional and social development through a secure attachment with each child.
· Lead and plan curriculum activities that stimulate children’s interest and ability.
· Participate in need and service meetings, parent/teacher conferences.
· Work effectively with directors and staff members to provide a suitable learning environment for our children.
· Develop and execute weekly themed lesson plans, providing group times, sensory, art, and special activities.
· Maintain a well-organized classroom by continually restoring and enhancing the classroom
