Behavioral Health Residential Home is seeking a BHT to work within our Adult Behavioral Health Home. The BHT is responsible to ensure ensure activities and schedules run properly, including appointments, groups, and paperwork is in compliance. They will communicate closely with the Lead BHT. Current shift availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm 3 days on, 4 days off* Pay Range $13-16 p/h Job responsibilities include: 1. Assist the resident with activities of daily living 2. Responsible for medications management to residents 3. Observing and assessing resident behavior and immediately reporting abnormal behavior 4. Checking resident vital signs regularly, will be required to administer breathalyzers and UA's as needed. Ensure security of facility with routine searches and perimeter checks 5. Documenting resident daily status forms accurately and timely(daily) 6. Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the facility, meal preparation, and assistance in laundry 7. Overseeing and facilitating daily activities including off site visits, appointments, or groups. Ability to drive and transport required for day shift 8. Engaging residence and participating in day to day needs 9. Facilitating daily therapeutic and supportive group sessions to residence 9. Additional duties as assigned may include, treatment plan assessments, in-service training sessions, crisis intervention, plan and organize activities, co-facilitate groups, transportation of clients, calendaring, scheduling appointments. Requirements/Qualifications: - Must have a high school degree or equivalent - Must be 21 years of age. - Must have 1 year behavioral health experience /education - Reliable and able to commit to a consistent work schedule - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong computer skills and ability to type and navigate Microsoft Office - Reliable transportation - Driver's License and cleaning driving record Certifications: You must have and be able to maintain the following: - Fingerprint clearance and TB Test/Physical clearance required - CPR/First Aid Certified required Please send resume
