    TreVista in Concord, CA is hiring! The Meriwether in LaVista, NE is hiring! We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to assist with sales in our community. In this position, you’ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining maximum occupancy levels by generating new inquiries, developing relationships, giving tours, responding to inquiries, and overseeing move-ins and outs. In this hourly role, you will support the Sales consultant with move-ins, follow-up calls, events, and lost leads with phone calls, emails, and meeting within the property.

    SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT POSITION DETAILS: You’ll be responsible for telling our story and building relationships with families and community members:

    • As part of the Sales Team, support strategies to achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy. Participate in weekly sales team meetings for planning and follow-up
    • Work with sales team members, program coordinator, and dining services supervisor to plan/oversee at least one public event per month and at least one resident/prospect activity per week for:
      • Reaching new prospective residents and their families
      • Creating positive word of mouth
      • Advancing relationships between prospects, staff, residents, and families
    • Respond to inquiries as needed: conduct personalized visits, uncover needs and status through the discovery process, and utilize lead tracking system to document activity
    • Take part in sales team meetings as needed and work positively with other leadership team members to assure the sales process is a team effort
    • Receive and record all reservation deposits and other fees related to the marketing effort
    • Respond to calls for inquiries, tours, and information up to 7 pm during the week and for a specific time on weekends
    • Monitor all aspects of the building and operations that affect “first impressions,” and bring concerns and recommendations to Director
    • Fill in for Senior Living Consultant when absent
    • Part of weekend rotation for coverage
    • This is an hourly position paying $18-19 an hour with the bonus incentive per move in
    • Hours are Tuesday through Friday 1030a-7p, Saturday 9a-530p

    SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associates degree in Marketing preferred; not required
    • Previous experience in marketing or sales HIGHLY preferred
    • Experience in geriatrics, senior care, or similar industry preferred
    • Knowledge of the community and available networks
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient computer skills with experience in social media networking
    • Must be detail-oriented and accurate
