    This position is a 1-year sales training program that turns into an account executive position that earns $80K to $125K OTE after 1 year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Learning and Development: Engage in a comprehensive training program to acquire in-depth knowledge of our software products, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

    • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends, contributing valuable insights to the sales team.

    • Client Interaction: Support the sales team by interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our software products.

    • Sales Support: Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Participate in sales meetings and client calls under the guidance of experienced team members.

    • Performance Tracking: Regularly update CRM systems with client information and sales activity data, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and strategy development.

    • Networking: Attend industry events to build a professional network and stay updated on market developments.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
      • Alternatively, we can accept 2-4 years of work experience in a tech adjacent roles at single company
    • Strong interest in software and technology sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
