The Agent Advocate supports the success of real estate professionals by providing hands on guidance, training, and problem solving that strengthens productivity and business growth. In this position, you will serve as a dependable resource for agents by helping them navigate daily challenges, understand market conditions, and apply Keller Williams systems with confidence. You will work closely with leadership to support office initiatives, improve communication, and contribute to an encouraging and collaborative culture where agents at all levels feel supported and equipped to grow. Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary point of support for agent questions and business challenges • Assist agents with contracts, market interpretation, and business planning • Provide coaching and training to help agents strengthen skills and build confidence • Guide agents in the effective use of Keller Williams tools and technology including Command and KW Connect • Collaborate with leadership to support productivity programs and office initiatives • Help new and experienced agents adopt systems that improve organization and results • Foster a positive and collaborative environment that encourages agent engagement • Support onboarding, communication, and community building within the Market Center Qualifications: • Real estate experience required, with active or past licensure • Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, contracts, and market trends • Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics • Ability to coach, mentor, and guide agents through practical business solutions • Organized and proactive with strong follow through • Familiarity with Keller Williams systems including Command, KW Connect, MAPS, and coaching tools is preferred Compensation: $55,000 per year plus bonus
