    Agent Concierge – $40,000 – $45,000 | Full-Time | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM We're looking for a positive, tech-savvy, and growth-oriented individual to be the face of our busy real estate office. As Agent Concierge, you'll help keep operations running smoothly while creating a warm, professional environment for agents, clients, and guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys being helpful, and loves working with people. Perks: • Paid vacation • Health benefits • Opportunities for advancement • Supportive, upbeat team culture Responsibilities: The job responsibilities included, but are not limited to: • Greet and assist guests and clients in person and by phone with warmth and professionalism • Set up and maintain the front office and training room for meetings and events • Maintains the phone and email system, answering phones on the 2nd ring • Maintain agent rosters and assist with updating internal systems • Help with onboarding new agents and setting them up with tools and resources • Distribute office communications, updates, and announcements via email and social media • Track and celebrate agent birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones • Create flyers, graphics, or simple marketing materials (graphic design experience is a plus!) • Assist the leadership team with special projects, reporting, and general office support • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors • Promote a positive office culture and support agent engagement Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Hospitality background is preferred • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities • Friendly, service-minded personality • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms • Familiarity with real estate or prior office admin experience is a plus • Social media and/or graphic design skills are a bonus • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
