Responsibilities: What You'll Love About This Role • A welcoming, community-focused office in beautiful Telluride • Being the connection point for agents, clients, and leadership • Opportunities to grow your skills in real estate operations, marketing, and client service • A collaborative team that values professionalism, initiative, and a positive attitude KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Agent Experience & Office Culture • Warmly greet agents, clients, and visitors each day • Help onboard new agents and make them feel right at home • Provide ongoing support with tools, systems, and company resources • Assist with planning and hosting in-office events, birthdays, celebrations, and team-building activities • Attend weekly sales meetings; take notes, manage follow-up, and share updates Office Administration & Operations • Open and close the office daily • Answer phones, welcome guests, handle mail, and manage deliveries • Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting environment • Schedule vendor services and oversee basic office maintenance • Keep directories, office records, and supplies up to date • Assist with billing, monthly audits, and floor-time schedules Agent & Transaction Support • Support agents with contract compliance and transaction documentation • Ensure back-office systems and dashboards stay current and accurate Marketing Assistance • Help agents place marketing orders and access available tools • Support the marketing team with flyers, social media content, and listing materials • Contribute to the monthly office newsletter with local updates and market insights Qualifications: What You Bring & Who You Are • Professional, dependable, and warm with excellent interpersonal skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks • Tech-comfortable and eager to learn systems and platforms • Passionate about helping others and creating a positive workplace • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or office support role (Real estate experience a plus!) • Proficiency with Google Suite • Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable Compensation: $24 - $25 hourly
