    Position Title: Agent Development Partner (ADP)

    Reports To: Agency Operations / Sales Leadership

    Work Environment: Houston- Onsite and regional travel

    Position Summary

    The Agent Development Partner (ADP) is responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, and growing insurance agents and agency partners within the Keystone Advisors ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic business consultant, trainer, coach, and relationship manager focused on driving production, retention, compliance, and long-term agency success.

    The ADP works closely with independent agents, field agents, telesales professionals, and agency owners to implement best practices that improve client acquisition, member retention, cross-selling opportunities, and operational effectiveness.

    A successful candidate combines agency development expertise with strong sales leadership, contact center operations knowledge, and business development experience. This individual understands how to leverage both field and inside sales strategies to create scalable growth and exceptional client outcomes.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Agent Recruitment & Expansion

    • Recruit, onboard, and develop new insurance agents and agency partners.

    • Conduct business development meetings and growth consultations.

    • Support expansion efforts across:

    • ACA Marketplace

    • Medicare Advantage

    • Medicare Supplement

    • Ancillary Products

    • Group Benefits

    • Develop strategic growth plans for agents and agencies.

    Agent Development & Coaching

    • Facilitate onboarding training programs for newly contracted agents.

    • Conduct one-on-one coaching and business development sessions.

    • Deliver training on:

    • Sales strategies

    • Product knowledge

    • Compliance requirements

    • Technology platforms

    • Client retention

    • Cross-selling opportunities

    • Develop personalized action plans to improve agent performance.

    • Mentor agents through all stages of business development.

    Contact Center & Sales Excellence

    Candidates with contact center sales leadership experience are strongly preferred as this role supports both field and remote call center sales external partners.

    Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned agents and agencies.

    • Conduct recurring touchpoints and business reviews.

    • Foster long-term relationships that drive mutual growth.

    Technology & Operational Support

    • Train agents on Keystone Advisors technology platforms.

    • Promote adoption of:

    • Carrier portals

    • KosmosDX solutions

    • Support workflow optimization and automation initiatives.

    • Identify operational barriers and recommend solutions.

    Compliance & Quality Assurance

    • Ensure agents maintain all licensing and carrier certifications.

    • Reinforce compliance with:

    • CMS regulations

    • HIPAA requirements

    • Carrier guidelines

    • Keystone Advisors policies

    • Participate in quality reviews and audit processes.

    • Address compliance concerns proactively.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    • Equivalent industry experience may be substituted.

    Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in:

    • Health Insurance

    • Medicare

    • ACA Marketplace

    • Agency Development

    • Sales Leadership

    • Business Development

    • 3+ years managing or developing agents, agencies, or sales teams.

    Highly Preferred Experience

    • Insurance contact center leadership.

    • Medicare or ACA telesales management.

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
