Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Great communication and social skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+
