Responsibilities: • Oversee onboarding processes for new agents, including training coordination, systems integration, and orientation activities • Develop and host ongoing training initiatives to promote agent growth and effectiveness • Track agent performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and recommend solutions to improve outcomes • Assist agents with goal setting, business planning, and accountability strategies to drive production • Establish and maintain efficient systems and procedures to support day-to-day operations • Serve as a primary point of contact for agent support, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution • Stay current with industry trends, technology tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge • Foster open communication across the team to promote collaboration and continuous improvement Qualifications: • Prior experience in real estate operations, administration, or team support preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. • Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems proactively. • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms and systems. • Committed to supporting others and contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment. Compensation: $60,000 per year
