We are seeking an Agent Training & Technology Specialist to support our agents through strong onboarding, clear systems, and ongoing tools and technology training. This is a support-focused operational role, not a sales or coaching position. You will help new agents get started efficiently, assist all agents with company platforms and tools, and manage referrals, relocation, and lead routing processes. Responsibilities: • Lead new agent onboarding and initial training • Train agents on company tools, CRM systems, forms, and technology platforms • Provide ongoing support for systems, workflows, and internal processes • Manage and coordinate relocation, broker-to-broker referrals, and lead routing • Serve as a go-to resource for agent technology and operations questions • Work closely with leadership, office management, and marketing to ensure smooth execution Qualifications: Ideal Candidate • Experience in real estate operations, brokerage support, training, transaction coordination, or similar roles preferred • Comfortable learning and teaching technology platforms and systems • Highly organized and process-driven • Patient, approachable, and service-oriented • Strong communicator who enjoys helping others succeed Real estate experience preferred. Real estate license is helpful but not required. Compensation: $40,000+
