Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming text messages and emails from leads and engage with them until the point of introducing them to one of our Real Estate Agents. • Send after-call follow-up email and text to leads after they have spoken to one of our Inside Sales Agents. • Monitor website activity and take appropriate action to engage with leads. • Monitor and respond to Facebook Page messages • Send mass text messages and emails to leads that previously have been unresponsive. • Collaborate with team on creating drip email and text message campaigns. • Provide continuous improvement ideas as you have them. Qualifications: • Minimum of three years experience in real estate lead generation and/or sales • Tech savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms • Familiar with social media platforms • Minimum high speed internet connection of 50 MBPS • Relatively new computer with minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently • Dual monitors • Good quality headset • Non-distracting home work environment ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven track record in real estate lead generation and/or sales • Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly • Speed and accuracy using computers • Ability to switch from one task to another and back efficiently and accurately • Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills, attention to detail required • Exceptional work ethic, high energy, demonstrates urgency and can thrive in a fast-paced environment • Willing to put in the extra hours for success and growth Compensation: $12 - $20 hourly
