Software Application Specialist*
Job Description
The Software and Applications Specialist will provide focused expertise to develop in-house and Cloud-based systems and applications for INL, at home or abroad. The Specialist shall also advise on all management aspects of the program, including funding, training, equipment accountability, and implementer performance. In addition, the Specialist will set up internal controls and accountability for the delivery of equipment, technical assistance, training, systems and other assistance to INL. The Specialist must be able to work rapidly, responding promptly to multiple and evolving priorities in a difficult and demanding environment. The contract requires expertise in software, systems, and applications to support all INL operations, and experience to enable the incumbent to determine assistance requirements, the timeframe for implementation, and the level of supervision to ensure its effectiveness.
