Job Description:

Seeking an Agile Champion with strong experience in RDT (Risk Decisioning Technologies) to support high-impact delivery initiatives. The role involves driving Agile ceremonies, improving team velocity, and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.

This role requires close coordination with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to streamline workflows and enhance risk decisioning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)

Coach teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies

Improve overall team velocity and delivery efficiency

Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution

Align cross-functional teams to achieve sprint & project goals

Key Skills

Strong hands-on experience with RDT / Risk Decisioning Technologies

Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks

Strong stakeholder communication & coordination skills
