Description

The Agile Coach plays a key role in driving Agile transformation by coaching product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS. The role focuses on improving team collaboration, delivery efficiency, and Agile maturity across large enterprise environments. The coach partners with leadership to implement Agile best practices, facilitate workshops, and support continuous improvement initiatives. They also guide teams on technical practices like DevOps, CI/CD, and XP methodologies while leveraging tools such as Jira and Confluence. This position requires strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to help organizations adopt product-centric and Agile ways of working.
