As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and offering tailored sales tax solutions to meet their needs. Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time office role paying $25 per hour • Performance-based incentives • Generous earnings • Health insurance for full-time • Company 401(k) program, with employer matching for full-time • Company profit-sharing program for full-time • Paid vacation and holidays • Opportunity to transition to partial hybrid work schedule after about 1 year with the company Responsibilities: • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to identify and engage potential clients interested in our sales tax consulting services. • Qualifying Leads : Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the suitability of leads, ensuring they align with our target market and service offerings. • Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our services and how they address their specific sales tax challenges. • Consultative Selling : Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand clients' needs, tailor solutions to their unique requirements, and propose appropriate service packages to meet their objectives. • Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM software, effectively managing the sales pipeline. • Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. • Collaboration : Work closely with our sales team, compliance department, and subject matter experts to align sales strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development. • Market Intelligence : Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in sales tax regulations to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches. • Achieving Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the firm. For example: 275 dials minimum per week, 5% conversations to dials ratio, 10% meetings or conference calls to conversations ratio, and signed deals. Qualifications: • Availability: This is an in-office, onsite 5x per week position. • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred. • Experience: Proven track record of success in inside sales or a related sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in selling professional services or consulting solutions is a plus. • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to engage, persuade, and close deals effectively. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering compelling sales presentations and building rapport with clients. • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to understand clients' pain points and provide tailored solutions. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities efficiently. • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales objectives and deadlines. • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
