    What you’ll work with (not the full list):

    • Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Defender
    • Microsoft Azure: Entra ID (Identity management, conditional access, and more)

    Project Delivery:

    • Collaborate with engineering and project management team resources to successfully complete projects
    • Document, review, and provide feedback on the technical implementation for Agile IT Microsoft cloud products and services prior to implementation
    • Execution of tasks based on pre-defined documentation by Agile IT or Microsoft
    • Thoroughly document project solutions as delivered
    • Resolve customer issues, and escalate to Microsoft support as needed
    • Track time as related to customer projects, internal initiatives, research, and training

    Growth:

    • Stay updated on Microsoft Cloud products and services, including new features, security updates and new solutions
    • Obtain and maintain Microsoft 365/Azure certifications

    How You Fit:

    • 0-2 years in system engineering managing Microsoft-based architectures which may include on-premises and cloud solutions
    • Demonstratable knowledge of networking technologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewalls
    • Results driven with a motivation to try new methods and continuously improve
    • Strong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independently
    • Self-motivated, guided, directed and passionate; ability to deliver without being asked more than once for a given task
    • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Positive attitude towards change and ability to adapt
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers

    Nice To Have:

    • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Windows Server & Application technologies, and experience with Microsoft Office365.
    • MS900 - M365 Fundamentals certification
    • Comp TIA A+ certification
    • Deployment and management of Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments.
    • Ability to execute, write and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts

    THE FINE PRINT:

    Compensation and Benefits

    • *Pay range is $26.00 to $36.00 per hour.
      • Starting pay is generally lower to mid-range; based on experience.
    • This is a full-time non-exempt position.
    • Ideally located in San Diego, CA with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office)
