    Job Description

    Agile IT is currently seeking a creative and driven Client Experience Manager (CEM) to add to their solid and reputable team based in the San Diego area with a focus on Technical Project Management. Agile IT is an expert in managing customers in their transition and continued life in using Cloud Services and Software as a Service. CEMs are vital to ensuring a great experience is had by the customer in the onboarding of such services.

    As a Client Experience Manager I, you will be the key to ensuring customer success and communication for technical projects. CEMs work directly with sales, delivery, and customers to ensure that there is clarity and communication for all tasks required. CEMs are more than just a project manager, they also manage named accounts and are the voice of the customer back into Agile IT.

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leading technical projects and helping to introduce the Agile IT capabilities, roles and responsibilities to client teams
    • Develop and manage project scope of multiple complex projects
    • Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to learn business processes and recommend best practices for product implementation and integration with our product(s)
    • Ensuring the proper stakeholders from the Agile IT and Client teams are involved in the project at appropriate times and understanding role requirements and key dependencies
    • Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones and make project assignments
    • Adhere to budgets, labor and cost accounting best practices and keep projects on track for successful completion within project specifications
    • Identify and report project risk issues, and manage to resolve contract or issue escalations
    • Ensure success of projects by managing and motivating team(s), addressing resource contention and shifting priorities
    • Manage the deployment and updates for Microsoft Teams sites per customer as required
    • Conduct project status meetings and communication to ensure accurate, timely and efficient delivery of project scope
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-7 years in a Technical Project Management or related role
    • High attention to detail with excellent analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle scenarios where information is difficult to obtain
    • Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in managing technology development, deployment and integration projects with budgetary constraints, compliancy and licensing requirements
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while remaining calm under pressure
    • Strong end-user skills in working with Microsoft Office (2013/2016) and Windows 10 highly desired
    • Familiar with Cloud Computing solution delivery and structures; i.e. AWS, Azure
    • A PMI or related certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP – Preferred)
