Agile IT is currently seeking a creative and driven Client Experience Manager (CEM) to add to their solid and reputable team based in the San Diego area with a focus on Technical Project Management. Agile IT is an expert in managing customers in their transition and continued life in using Cloud Services and Software as a Service. CEMs are vital to ensuring a great experience is had by the customer in the onboarding of such services.
As a Client Experience Manager I, you will be the key to ensuring customer success and communication for technical projects. CEMs work directly with sales, delivery, and customers to ensure that there is clarity and communication for all tasks required. CEMs are more than just a project manager, they also manage named accounts and are the voice of the customer back into Agile IT.
