    Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Agile Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience managing work intake processes, maintaining Jira boards, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, quality delivery of business priorities.

This role requires a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

    Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate work intake and prioritization processes, ensuring clear criteria and visibility into incoming requests.

Own and manage the Jira board, ensuring tasks are properly scoped, prioritized, assigned, and updated throughout the sprint lifecycle.

Act as a servant leader and Scrum facilitator—remove blockers, drive sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Partner with engineering, product, design, QA, and business stakeholders to align priorities and track progress.

Monitor sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery KPIs to inform forecasts and continuous improvement.

Ensure consistent documentation, stakeholder communication, and project reporting.

Coach and support teams in best practices around Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).

    Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in project or program management, with 3+ years in an Agile environment.

Strong experience with Jira (required) and Confluence (preferred).

Proven track record managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Experience managing work intake workflows and prioritization frameworks (e.g.RICE).

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Scrum Master or other Agile certification is a plus (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).

    Preferred Skills

Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps pipelines.

Experience working with engineering leadership and product managers.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving environments.
