OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: The incumbent for this role will be responsible for identifying, capturing, appending, documenting accurate and actionable candidate information. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for engaging, screening, and presenting vetted talent to our recruiting team and our clientele. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AgileOne RPO’s recruiting team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, research, data mining, documentation, or collegiate-level studies. • Experience performing research via Observational, Case Study, or Survey methodologies • Experience leveraging print and electronic resources to support research • Experience interacting with a team as a contributor or leader • Experience interacting with peers and leaders in a virtual or electronic environment
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Mathematics, or related field desired or equivalent combination of experience and education.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Must possess the ability to read analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to present information effectively and respond to inquiries from groups of peers, managers, and clients.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Must be proficient in the following computer applications: MS Windows ● MS Word ● MS Excel ● MS PowerPoint ● MS Outlook ● Internet Explorer ● Google, Yahoo, Live and Metasearch engines
