Agilisium is looking for an experienced, hands on DevOps Manager who is willing to wear multiple hats to make a meaningful impact on the technology landscape of a small but rapidly growing company. The Ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and be able to operate independently of executive leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build, scale, and secure applications within the AWS cloud infrastructure
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
• Partner closely with Security, Quality, and other engineering teams to understand platform requirements, identify dependencies and shape the team’s roadmap
• Automate configuration management
• Work closely with, mentor, coach, and guide a team of talented DevOps Engineers.
• Implement industry best practices for configuration management and build/deployment automation
• Debug complex problems across the whole stack
• Own the infrastructure for supporting our mission critical workloads.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Strong scripting and tools created in a scripting language like PowerShell, Shell, Bash, or Python
• Solid understanding of the build and release process and continuous integration and delivery
• Understanding and passion for developing highly secure and highly available systems
• Experience with the AWS environment and its related services
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes (Containers), etc.
• Previous experience working for a SaaS company is a plus
