Our client in the Construction space is currently looking to bring on either a Controller or Assistant Controller to oversee finance and accounting operations and manage a small team!

• Maintain general ledger including hands on reconciliations and month-end close process
• Reconciliation of job costing activities including reviewing of job specific work in process (WIP) reports and review balances
• Oversee billing, accounts payable and payroll
• Maintenance of fixed asset ledger including depreciation calculations (book and tax)
• Preparation of financial statements (internal and external reporting)
• Preparation and maintenance of annual budget and related cash flow projections
• Assist with development and monitoring of strategic plan and budget
• Monitoring and reporting of compliance with lenders and other bank requirements

   

  Qualifications:

   

• Bachelor’s degree in required
• Experience utilizing SAGE 300 or Timberline
• 5 years of construction accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience consolidation or intercompany reconciliations
