Agility Recruiting is partnering with a growing startup company in the construction services space that is looking to bring on an Accountant or Bookkeeper on a fully remote basis to streamline accounting processes and procedures.

This person will assist with selection and implementation of an accounting system or software and will focus on:

• Refining and defining the month end close process including GL reconciliation.
• Manage the AP and AR process; working directly with vendors and customers.
• Bank reconciliations, reconcile credit cards, and payroll transactions. Qualifications:
• Flexibility, this will be remote for the right person, but be prepared to work east coast hours.
• Strong track record of success working within accounting.
• Strong with Excel; systems savvy
