• Exhibit strong communication and writing skills, alongside exceptional organization and self-motivation.
• Demonstrate a process-oriented approach and confidence in engaging with high-level professionals. Familiarity with medical and financial information is advantageous.
• Proficiency in No-Fault processes, managing medical requests, and drafting pleadings.
