    RELEVANCY TO AGIO'S MISSION AND VISION This role will be a contract position with a potential to join the Agio team in Full Time employment in the future.  Based remotely with physical office space in New York City re-opening in the future, you will help across all departments to recruit best in class talent.  Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be an integral part of the People team.  You will be partnering with hiring managers across all levels of the organization to understand and respond quickly to current talent needs.  This is a highly visible role with opportunities to be bigger than your role and influence the continued evolution of high-quality full cycle recruiting. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs.  Coordinate and lead intake meetings, help develop job descriptions and job prospecting as needed, and advise along the hiring process. 
    • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment. 
    • Create and execute robust sourcing strategies leveraging technology, industry best practices, and creativity in both active and passive channels to provide hiring managers with a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. 
    • Build and maintain trust with leaders through hands on partnership and maintaining timely deliverables.  Provide a high level of transparency and communication throughout the hiring process. 
    • Communicate fearlessly across the organization.  Lead briefing meetings, challenge yourself and others to find ways to continue to elevate current practices, and provide strategic advisement in the recruitment process. 
    • Ensure actions are aligned with Agio’s culture, values, and mission 
    • Ensure adherence to policies and compliance at a company, state, and federal level.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with technical recruiting experience preferred 
    • Technical proficiencies: Proven ability to organize candidate process through an ATS.  Experience in Greenhouse is a plus.  Platforms for sourcing such as LinkedIn. 
    • Strong communication skills: written and verbal 
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
