    Job Description

    BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE AP&AR

     

    Our company is currently seeking ​a Bilingual Administrative with experience in AP/AR and QuickBooks to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining all the records and process for Accounts Payable and Receivable.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Check, Review and Verify Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
    • Accounts Payable (1.Look the necessities of the items, 2.Create Purchase Order, 3.Verify material when is received in the store, 4. Close Po in the system,5. Invoice is generate, 6. Invoice is ready to pay the Vendor)
    • Accounts Receivable(Collections-Email customer balance and call)
    • Follow the branch collection strategy in monitoring customer accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices and partial payments
    • Provide regular communication to management regarding status of account collections.
    • Daily Verify and Check the accuracy of the Sales Receipt transaction s from the customers are in the system and send them by email
    • Create daily, weekly, and monthly report of the store sales
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in accounting, AP&AR *Must
    • Collections-Email and Phone Calls to customers
    • Fundamental knowledge in Quickbooks
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Organize and File Clients and Vendors

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bilingual in Spanish
    • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable required experience
    • Inventory experience and Collections
    • Quickbooks Desktop experience a must
    • POS Point Of Sale
    • Quarterly and Annual tax filing a plus (940, 941, TWC, etc.)

    SCHEDULE:

    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Two Saturdays a month

    COVID-19 considerations: Company requires all employees to wear mask in office

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Accounts Receivable: 2 to 5 years (Must)
    • Accounts Payable: 2 to 5 years (Must)
    • Bookkeeping: 2 to 5 years (Must)
    • QuickBooks: 2 to 5 years (Preferred)
    • Administrative 2 to 5 years (Preferred)

    EDUCATION:

    • High school or equivalent (Preferred) prefer Bachelors Degree

    LANGUAGE:

    • Spanish (Required)
    • English
