    Agora Refreshments is a family owned and locally operated coffee and refreshment company. We are growing rapidly and looking for a candidate to contribute to our team as a Warehouse Coordinator.

    This role will encompass a variety of duties including but not limited to:

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    Warehouse Inventory management & Quality Control

    Manage Warehouse employees

    Coordinating Product Shipments to Customers

    Develop ongoing Warehouse Processes & Workflow

    Maintain accurate counts of warehouse inventory

    Implement Inventory tracking

    Develop Warehouse Processes to reduce shrinkage/spoilage

    Technical Expertise

    Ongoing Logistics development

    Relief Delivery Driver

    Team Player Mentality

    Team work coordination with Client Experience Manager and Service Manager

    Essential Requirements

    Excellent driving record

    Ability to lift up to 100lbs regularly

    Ability to perform normal tasks associated with operating a vehicle

    Ability to bend and stoop, maintain a crouching position to inspect the underside of the vehicle, frequent entering and exiting of the cab, and the ability to climb ladders.

    Perceptual skills to monitor a sometimes-complex driving situation and the judgment skills to make quick decisions when necessary. Manipulative skills to maneuver a vehicle in crowded areas.

    English language reading and writing proficiency along with basic math skills.

    Positive, professional attitude with pleasant personality.

    Problem-solving and prevention.

    Sense of personal responsibility

    Successful completion of criminal history background check, driver’s record abstract & drug test prior to employment.
