JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

The Sr .Net Developer will build components of the system using modern programming languages and web frameworks, modern front-end web programming techniques and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .Net Core), relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and “NoSQL” databases. Additionally, the contractor will use version control systems (e.g., Git and GitHub) in conjunction with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (e.g., CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline) to securely store and deploy infrastructure as code (IAC), and system source code.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in systems development, analysis, programming or testing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with .Net Core
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with developing micro-services with Functions as a Service (FaaS) in AWS using .Net Core
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with AWS CodePipeline
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with AWS DynamoDB 
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with React or Angular

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with IAC in AWS using Cloudformation and the AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM).

• Experience with data lakes using AWS S3.

• Experience converting Microsoft SQL Server Databases to PostgreSQL.

• Experience with AWS SageMaker.

• Experience with one or more of the following AWS Artificial Intelligence services:

  • Amazon Rekognition
  • Amazon Textract
  • Amazon Forecast
  • Amazon Lex
  • Amazon Comprehend

• Experience with health care information technology systems.

EDUCATION:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
