    • Experience in working in a fast pace environment
    • 5-6 years of corporate business experience required

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Knowledge of basic audit principles, local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to business operations.

    JOB DUTIES:

    ·       The position will be responsible for working with the Operational Assurance (OA) Partner Compliance and Risk Management team.

    ·       The OA team is responsible for monitoring partner activities, performing audits of processes, contract adherence and meeting requirements that have been set by the program office and the compliance team.

    ·       The position will be responsible for meeting requirements for a compliance program, which will include system access, customer complaints, and compliance of required training, vetting and background checks, and auditing of the partners to ensure they are in compliance with client partners compliance policies, contracts and Client data security procedures.

    ·       The compliance program centralizes current compliance duties and defines the elements to be monitored, frequency of monitoring activities, parties responsible for the performing the monitoring, and measures for holding partners and their employees accountable for non-compliance.

    ·       Identify appropriate audit procedures and measurements gaps to effectively govern contract compliance of the Client partner programs.

    ·       Conduct audits of client Partners to ensure they are in compliance with partner program compliance policies, contracts and client data security procedures.

    ·       Continuous improvement of partner program policies and audit procedures to incorporate additional business models, partners, and global expansion.

    ·       Annual review of policies with all relevant stakeholder to ensure applicability.

    ·       Prepare and conduct audits (audit conducted will depend on partner program).

    ·       Each audit will have specific requirements and time frame to conduct.

    ·       Every audit will be tracked and recorded at completion.

    ·       Ensure the completion of audits in compliance with internal policies and procedures

    • Assist in the development of audit models. Assist management in the creation and implementation of feasible solutions
    • Conduct routine internal, operational and document audits
    • Prepare preliminary reports detailing findings and assist in preparing presentation of audit results
    • Interact with all levels of internal and external parties to perform audits –

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor Degree in (Business, Finance, Accounting, Info Security)
