    IT IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     SUPPORT QUEUE COORDINATION AND CASE ASSIGNMENT MANAGEMENT

    • Client Data Mapping Management
    • Troubleshoot data-related problems from Cases
    • Keep up-to-date of industry data standards via project work
    • Assist senior team members with case work follow up

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Adept with Salesforce (preferred)
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
    • Proficient problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and virtual communication and collaboration skills
