    Job Description

    OUR CLIENT IN THE BAY AREA IS LOOKING FOR A HELPDESK LEVEL I HOURS:M-F 8:00 AM 5:00 PM TASKS Remote Work (immediate task)

    • End user helpdesk interaction
    • Install remotely - software that is needed end users
    • Monitor slack helpdesk channel

    Onsite Work

    • Unboxing new hardware
    • Add inventory for laptops/mobile devices into SharePoint.
    • Resolves Level 1 - Basic pc troubleshooting

    Weekend Project (in an as needed basis):

    • Migration weekend
      • Monitor slack channel
      • Email and other application testing
