    Our company is currently seeking ​a highly organized , full charge bookkeeper and Office Manager. This position will be responsible for a range of tasks. Responsibilities will include all bookkeeping tasks in addition to office organization and management.. Someone who learns quickly, enjoys organizing, and has a hands-on, high-energy work ethic will thrive in this position. Responsibilities: We are a well-established corporation in the farming industry, providing our customers with high quality products and services. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our family-oriented team. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Manage and process payroll and payroll taxes • Maintain employee files • Process new hire forms • Prepare journal entries • Reconcile bank statements • Communicate with vendors and customers • Data Entry • Filing • Manage phones • Provide administrative support to management • Banking • Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: • 3+ years payroll experience • 3+ years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required • Must have strong work ethic and high level of organizational skills • The ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment • Self-Motivated and able to work independently, or as a team • Knowledge of standard office equipment Compensation: $25-$32 Hourly
