    About the Company: We are a full-service “development to harvest” farm management company. We also have residential rental properties that we manage in-house. About This Position: We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, including some bookkeeping, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate is super supportive, highly organized, good at juggling multiple tasks, and can perform their job with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: THIS PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOUR MAIN AREAS: • 1. OVERSEEING THE RECEPTION DESK - Greeting guests, directing phone calls, and preparing for meetings. • 2. PROVIDING OFFICE AND BOOKKEEPING SUPPORT - Office organization, filing, inventory, and bookkeeping assisting (such as invoice creation and bill entries). • 3. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - being the main point of contact for our residential renters, handling maintenance requests, keeping records of payments and rental documentation, etc. • 4. TAKE CARE OF SPECIAL PROJECTS FOR OUR FARM OPERATIONS - keeping records for each crop, compliance paperwork, and other projects as assigned. Qualifications: • 2+ years of QuickBooks Experience • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or administrative assistant role, or similar • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Experience in agriculture or property management industries is a plus • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • This position will require travel between Fresno and Hanford at times • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Experience using G-Suite Products (Google Calendar, Google Drive, Hangouts, etc.) and Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word) • Valid driver's license • Clean DMV record Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly

    • This Person Will Be Responsible For Four Main Areas: • 1. Overseeing the reception desk - Greeting guests, directing phone calls, and preparing for meetings. • 2.
