    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with area producers through regular on-farm visits, phone calls, and digital communication.
    • Recommend and sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products tailored to each grower’s operation and goals.
    • Work closely with customers to develop agronomic plans that drive both short-term yield gains and long-term profitability.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and actively grow your customer base.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service—following through on commitments and serving as a reliable resource year-round.
    • Stay current with agronomic trends, new technologies, and precision ag tools to provide the best possible solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch service, efficient logistics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in Ag Retail, Agronomy Sales, or a related agricultural field.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships effectively.
    • Proven ability to generate new business while maintaining existing customer accounts.
    • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
    • Experience selling seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products required.
    • A self-motivated, results-driven professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Proficiency with technology and digital tools used in precision agriculture and account management.

    Additional Information

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
    Commission: Uncapped earning potential—your success directly impacts your income.
