Agronomy Sales Consultant – Southeast Missouri (Bootheel Region)
Join a smaller, growing ag retailer where your impact actually matters.
Our client, a respected ag retailer in Southeast Missouri, is seeking a driven Agronomy Sales Consultant to serve growers across the Bootheel. This is a true sales role—not a position where you’ll be tied to the facility every day. You’ll be in the field, working directly with growers, selling seed, crop protection, and related inputs, and helping customers make profitable, informed decisions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and wants to be part of a smaller team where your voice is heard and your success is felt.
What’s in it for You
- Competitive base salary up to ~$80K, depending on experience
- Company vehicle provided
- Straightforward bonus structure – easy to understand, easy to track
- Full benefits package + 401(k)
- Freedom to build your territory and help shape the sales strategy
- Supportive, nimble organization with quick decision-making and little bureaucracy

- Identify new opportunities for growth and expand market share
- Collaborate with leadership to support local sales strategies and customer service goals
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling directly to farmers (seed, crop protection, or agronomy inputs)
- Local connections and relationships in the ag community are a big plus
- A self-starter who enjoys independence and being out in the country calling on growers
- Desire to be part of a smaller, close-knit organization where you can influence outcomes
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Someone who is competitive, growth-minded, and eager to build something
