What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing growers while identifying and onboarding new customers in your territory.
• Provide agronomic recommendations and solutions that help growers achieve higher yields and improved profitability.
• Promote and sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products tailored to each grower’s specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal agronomy, logistics, and management teams to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery.
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and agronomic advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
• Manage territory goals, forecast sales, and contribute to overall company growth through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agronomy sales or a related agricultural role.
• Proven success selling seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products directly to growers.
• Strong agronomic knowledge and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, Crop Science, or related field (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year
• Commission Potential: $100,000 – $130,000+ (realistic earning potential for high performers)
