    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and optimize the company’s accounts payable processes and systems 
    • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all invoices, including ACH and check runs
    • Work directly with suppliers to ensure accurate payments and record keeping, as well as effectively address vendor disputes that may arise
    • Manage accounts payable aging to ensure invoices are paid and credits are processed in a timely manner 
    • Assist with monthly accounts payable closing processes
    • Ensure compliance with standard processes and maintain effective internal controls surrounding the accounts payable function
    • Additional job duties as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
    • 5+ years of accounts payable and vendor payment experience
    • NetSuite or SAP accounts payable experience strongly preferred
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Excel and Word
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
