Business Operations Professional
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Community Center Director and Assistant Director, the Business Operations Professional will perform various roles within the entire organization, supporting all business units, in assuring effective day-to-day operational assistance and support as required. This position’s primary functions will reflect all management of front desk operational functions and activities as directed by Community Center Director. General duties will involve, but not limited to, clerical and administrative functions as assigned, creating report functionality, performing bookkeeping and financial related tasks, support Event Center job functions and assist in organizing annual and special events. The position will function as the initial point of contact for the business in welcoming, communicating and providing associated business services to Ahwatukee Board of Management/Ahwatukee Community Swim, Tennis & Event Center customers, homeowners, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as internal staff support as directed.
