    What we are looking for Consiglieri is seeking a design-centric, collaborative AI Designer to work inside the client, one of the world's most influential brands. You’ll need to operate independently, concepting, prototyping, refining, and presenting designs across multiple channels that drive business impact and evolve how audiences experience the brand, and how the brand engages with the audience. Your mission is to bring strategic thinking, a strong point of view, and exceptional craft to bear as you bring authentic, compelling, consumer-centric experiences to life. You’ll be expected to leverage your design skills in the latest AI tools to quickly ideate, develop proofs of concept, refine visuals, and unlock new ways of producing great content, all at the pace of modern creativity and consumer action. You’ll identify authentic intersections between product benefits, cultural narratives, and emerging technologies to shape compelling stories, particularly across video, digital, and social. We expect a strategic mind, a modern design sensibility, and strong creative instincts that hold up in the room. We are looking to hire for this role on a basis for 3 months, with the opportunity for full-time employment after contract completion. Responsibilities: Responsibilities & Duties • Design, prototype, pressure-test, and execute multi-channel creative ideas and tactics, with a particular focus on digital, social, and video storytelling, through the use of AI and emerging tools and techniques • Translate brand strategy, audience insights, and cultural trends into powerful, modern visual ideas that advance the brand • Represent the voice of the consumer and bring a sharp, defensible creative POV to all audiences and stakeholders • Partner closely with brand management, product marketing, social, and activation leads, bringing both hands-on creative craft and strategic guidance • Ensure consistency and continuity of brand expression across campaigns and channels while tailoring creative to the strengths of each platform • Collaborate respectfully and cross-functionally, while advocating passionately for creative excellence • Communicate clearly and persuasively through strong visual, verbal, and written storytelling • Stay current and curious on emerging creative tools and platforms, particularly in generative AI, bringing relevant recommendations to leadership for review and consideration Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills • 8+ years of creative experience in art direction, graphic design, or multi-disciplinary creative roles within an advertising agency or mid-to-large internal creative organization (experience in both preferred) • At least 1 year of demonstrated fluency with AI creative tools (image, video, motion, ideation, prototyping) for designing in cross-channel environments. Experience in Google’s suite of tools – Flow, Veo, Nano Banana Pro, AI Studio – is preferred. • Modern creative taste is rooted in today’s diverse culture, with an excellent design eye • Influential but unpretentious communicator with a bias toward creative action • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high standards and adaptability • Thrives in ethnically and culturally diverse teams and client environments • Fluency in Google Workspace preferred Compensation: $14,000 - $18,000 monthly - 3 months
