Job Description

Currently seeking out team members to join our growing Sales Team in the Central Florida area!!!  We specialize in teaching our team members the ins-and outs of the latest technology products and services.  No experience in tech is needed and we are hiring immediately!

DAILY DUTIES:

• Handles wireless appointments and retail customer inquiries
• Work comfortably in a retail environment
• Provide information about wireless products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
