    Job Description

    We are seeking an Event Sales & Operations Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Schedule-Manage, Coordinate with Managers, Print & Email Staff
    • Onboarding New Staff/Exit Process of Staff
    • Coordinate Job Postings, Interviews, Job Offers
    • Attaining Final Payments for Events, Distributing Tips to Staff, Recording Event Recap's
    • Cross Trained in All HR and Accounts Receivable/Payable Tasks
    • Cross Trained in All Event & Culinary Admin Position Tasks
    • Additional Detailed Job Tasks will be assigned as training is completed to relieve the current admins.
    • Confirm Events
    • Attain Deposits and Signatures
    • Print all Banquet Event Orders and Reprints Daily
    • Work closely with Sales Director and Sales Managers to ensure the success of our department and client experience

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
