Job Description

We are currently seeking an Admin Assistants that will be managing an office for an Air Conditioning company in Reseda.

This job is perfect for people entering the workforce who want a hands-on business experience!

Shifts are M-F from 6AM to 1PM or 12PM to 7PM and every other Saturday (hours may vary.)

THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION. WE ARE A DESIGNATED ESSENTIAL SERVICE.

OFFICE ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones and schedule service calls and installations
• Draft emails, invoices, estimates, and sales receipts on Google Suite and QuickBooks Online
• File and organize documents in appropriate folders and files
• Schedule service calls and installation times between customers and technicians
• Must be familiar and proficient with QuickBooks

PERSONAL ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist business owner with his autistic son
• Stock groceries, office supplies, etc.
• Pay vendors, banking, credit card, and house bills in a timely fashion
• Help take care of the business owner's pets (one dog, one cat, four aquariums)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• H.S. Diploma, Some College Preferred
• Excellent verbal and written skills

New employees will have to go through background testing at a local office.
