We're looking for an experienced Comfort Consultant to help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solution for their home — no high-pressure sales, just honest recommendations based on what the customer actually needs.

What you'll do: Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs, provide clear and honest system recommendations, prepare accurate estimates, and guide customers through the sales process from consultation to installation — building trust and long-term relationships along the way.
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of HVAC sales or comfort consulting experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems a plus
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Self-starter who can work independently
Clean, professional appearance
Clean driving record
Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
