About the Role
Bombardier’s Tucson Service Center is looking for skilled aviation professionals to support maintenance, repair, modification, and overhaul of corporate aircraft. This is a fast-paced MRO environment where technicians work hands-on with world-class business jets including Global, Challenger, and Learjet platforms.
We are seeking experienced technicians who can bring strong technical capability, professionalism, and a high standard of quality to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications in accordance with FAA, OEM, and Bombardier standards.
Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins.
Complete required documentation, logs, and sign-offs accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with leads, inspectors, and engineering teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Position Requirements
A&P Mechanics
Airframe & Powerplant license preferred (not always required depending on role).
Experience on corporate aircraft highly preferred (Global, Challenger, Learjet).
Proficiency in troubleshooting, component removal/installation, and system checks.
Avionics Technicians
Experience with avionics installation, troubleshooting, harnesses, LRU swaps, and system integration.
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and follow OEM procedures.
Sheet Metal Technicians
Strong structural repair/modification experience.
Ability to fabricate, drill, rivet, install panels, stringers, doublers, and fittings.
Interiors Technicians
Experience with removal/installation of cabinets, panels, seats, carpets, headliners, sidewalls, and interior components.
