What You'll Do

As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality air duct and HVAC cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning services in accordance with NADCA standards.

Clean dryer vent systems and HVAC components.

Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues or deficiencies.

Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Set up and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Explain services, findings, and maintenance recommendations to customers.

Complete required job documentation, photos, and reports.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Represent IAQ Experts professionally at every customer location.

Qualifications

Previous HVAC, air duct cleaning, restoration, construction, or related experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined areas.

Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must successfully pass a background check.
