Job Overview

Fireplace & Chimney Authority is seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Telemarketer to support our Air Duct Cleaning division. This in-office role focuses on outbound calls to schedule air duct cleaning appointments. Days and hours are flexible based on availability and business needs, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to residential customers using provided call lists

Explain air duct cleaning services and current promotions

Schedule qualified appointments for air duct cleaning technicians

Accurately document call outcomes and customer information

Meet booking and performance goals

Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident phone presence

Qualifications

Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented

Ability to handle objections professionally

Telemarketing or sales experience preferred (training provided)

Compensation

$16/hour

$5 commission for every completed job booked
