Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Salary: $6,000–$15,000/month (100% commission-based + weekly bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

Perform air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney inspections/repairs, and insulation installations per SOPs.

Educate homeowners on services and upsell solutions (e.g., UV lights, sanitation, chimney caps).

Complete job documentation, including photos and CRM updates (e.g., Workiz).

Maintain clean, organized work areas and company van; perform daily equipment checks.

Deliver professional customer service and meet sales benchmarks.

Qualifications

1+ year of HVAC, air duct cleaning, or insulation experience (preferred, not required).

Mechanically inclined with power tool proficiency.

Strong communication, customer service, and detail-oriented skills.

Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders.

Available for full-time work, including Saturdays.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
