Air Flow is a Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) manufacturer’s representative serving Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Air Flow has over 35 employees and operates out of a 54,000 square foot facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We represent over 50 manufacturers of HVAC equipment and thousands of individual products.

Air Flow is looking for a sales coordinator to assist both Inside and Outside Sales with the duties below:

• Quotes and Orders
• Manage Order Acknowledgements, Shipping Data, and Tracking Information
• Organize Operation and Maintenance Documents
• Manage Building Supply Orders and Stocking (Paper, Office Supplies Janitorial, Beverages, Printer Supplies), Phone System, and Files (mainly cloud storage)
• Warranty Issues, Return Authorizations, and Freight Claims
